Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Standard Rate (SR)

Cancellation:

  • More than 7 days before your stay: Get a full refund.
  • Less than 7 days before your stay: No refund.
  • If you don't show up, it's considered a 100% cancellation with no refund.
  • Cancelling incurs a 5% extra charge and takes 15 days to process.
  • If you change part of your reservation, we adjust the refund based on the changes.

Harmony Home Covid19 Policy:

If we can't host you due to Covid-19 rules, your payment becomes a "Hotel Credit." You can use this credit for future bookings within 6 months from your original check-in date.

B. Non-Refundable Rate

Cancellation:

You pay the total cost upfront for this rate, and it's non-refundable.

Harmony Home Covid19 Policy:

If Covid-19 rules prevent your stay, your payment becomes a "Hotel Credit."
You can use this credit for future bookings within 6 months from your original check-in date.

Note: Any "Hotel Credit" is adjusted based on the rates for your new travel date at the chosen Harmony Home Property.
